Penne Rigate With Salmon Recipe | Yummy Blog

Just shared on my cooking channel one more delicious, healthy, quick and simple recipe - Penne Rigate With Salmon. So here is the the recipe and also a video at the end of this post.



Ingredients:
200-300 g fillet of salmon (or other fish)
100 g penne rigate (or other type of pasta), dry
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
200 ml cream
salt, pepper and other spice to taste


In salted water cook pasta until it half done (al dente).
In a skillet, in an olive oil heat the garlic.
Cut the salmon into small pieces or cubes.
Add salmon to garlic and fry a bit (don't cook completely).
Add the cream and spices.
Stir.
Heat all until the cream slightly thickens.
Add  pasta.
Stir and stew under the lid (about five minutes).
