Today I am sharing recipe for avocado brownie made in a multicooker (but can be baked in the oven too). Made these brownies the other day and they are so delicious and they literally melt in the mouth!
Ingredients:
Avocado 2pcs.
Apple (medium size) 1pc.
Dates 100g
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Cocoa 2 tbsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Flour 2 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt - a pinch
Chocolate (72%) 100g
Pour hot water over the dates and leave for about 20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (except chocolate).
Blend the wet ingredients in a blender. Drain dates before add. If you have a powerful blender or food processor, you can blend all the wet ingredients at time but my blender is small, old and not very powerful, so I beat after each addition of products (initially solid, at the end liquidy), so that everything is well ground and the batter turns out to smooth and even.
Add a mixture of dry ingredients to the batter. Beat up until even.
At the end, add chunks of chocolate. Mix by hand into the batter.
Pour the batter into the greased multicookers pot. Distribute the batter evenly.
Close the lid and turn on the BAKE mode for 30 minutes.
After the end of the multicookers mode, let the brownie cool down (I left mine in the multicooker).
Cooled brownie take out from the pot (by turning over the pot) and cut into small pieces.
Brownies can be topped with chocolate cream/frosting.
Bon Appetit!
Have A Chocolaty Day! ;)
