Ingredients:
milk 300ml
flour 150-180g
cocoa powder - 1 tb.sp.
egg - 2 pcs.
baking powder - 1 t.sp.
vanilla sugar - to taste
cottage cheese or cream cheese - 200g
banana (ripe) - 2pcs
To make crepes:
Lightly beat eggs with vanilla sugar and 1/2 milk.
Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix well. The batter should have no lumps.
Gradually add the remaining milk. If necessary, add water to the batter. It must be liquid and spread well on the pan
.
Heat the frying pan (grease with a small amount of vegetable or olive oil) and make large, approximately the same size crepes.
For the cream:
beat in a blender cottage cheese, banana and vanilla sugar.
To make cakes edges straight, using a stencil, for example, a plate, cut off the edges of the pancakes (they can be hidden afterwards inbetween the cake's layers).
Assemble the cake - spread the cream on the crepe, spread it evenly, lay on the cuttied of pieces, spread the cream and repeat until the cake is assembled. With remaining cream cover the cake from all sides.
Decorate and place for an hour in the fridge (the cake will cool down and the cream will thicken).
Bon Appetit!
