Today I am sharing three yummy smoothies 😋 that will boost up your mood. Ingredients for these smoothies I took based taste, no specific proportion. So, I suggest you to focus on your taste, try and experiment!
Apple-cranberry smoothie
Banana
Apple
Cranberry
Cinnamon
+ Water if the smoothie is too thick
I didn't add water so my smoothie was very thick, as you can see in the photo below.
Green smoothie
Kiwi
Pear
Spinach
+Water
Pina Colada Smoothie
Pineapple
Zucchini (I pealed my, so that the smoothie isn't green, but it is not necessary)
Coconut milk
