Dessert Recipe - Rye Bread Plum Layers

Easy and delicious dessert, that don't take much time to make it and also it has only few ingredients (which you probable have at home). 
Why not to treat yourself on Sunday morning?





Ingredients:

Rye bread 500 g
Fresh or frozen plums 300 g (also can be used cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, apples) 
Cream 500ml
Vanilla sugar 2 tsp.
1-2 tsp cinnamon.
Sugar (to taste)




Directions:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Crumble rye bread on a plate.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, mix all properly.
  4. Roast for about 10 minutes and then let them cool.
  5. When bread crumbs are cool, grind them in a blender.
  6. Blend plums (add a bit of sugar, if desired).
  7. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar (I used whipped cream spray , so I just added vanilla and slightly mixed).
  8. Sort dessert in layers: bread crumbs, plum sauce, cream. Repeat until the glass is full.
Garnish with berries, grated dark chocolate, cinnamon or remaining bread crumbs.
Leave dessert at least for 4 hours or until the next morning (then it will taste much better).
