5 Easy Back To School Hairstyles - A Diferent Hairdo For Each Day At School | J.M.

It can be hard to find time in the busy morning for doing hair, but no worries I have prepared some easy and pretty quick (one of them will take literally less than a minute to do) hairdos. So each day at school (collage, university or even work) you could have a different hairstyle! Sound good? Let's get into it!

1. Twisted Halfdo
  • take a small hair section from the front, smooth it out a bit
  • twist the section in the direction up and back
  • wrap it all the way around your head to another side
  • if you wish - gently pull some hair to make it look fuller
  • secure the twist with one or two bobby pins - push bobby pin inside the twist in the opposite direction
  • repeat same on he other side
  • place the second twist on top of the first
  • secure the end and gently push/pull it down under the first twist
  • add some last touches

Also this hairstyle can be done with curled hair, then it will be slightly different look.

2. Messy braid

  • braid the hair in a semi loose braid (regular or fishtail braid)
    • I covered my ears with hair, that add more girly, casual look.
  • secure the end of the braid with a small elastic
  • pull some hair-strands and gently tease the braid (to make it look a bit messy)
  • for the final touch wrap a ribbon around the base of the braid and make a bow, but to make it stay in place all day tie a hair tie undernieth
  • pull some hair from the front to complete the look, also I moved the bow slightly to one side, because I felt that this way it looks better, but that may be just my personal preference

3. Side French Braid
  • make a small section on the top of your head, to add some volume (tease the hair if you wish)
  • move the hair back and to one side (hope that makes sense) and make a half-twist
  • place the section in the way it looks best and not flat
  • pin it down with some bobby pins (two bobby pins pinned cris cross should be enough)
  • next, section the hair at your ear level
  • bring the hair to opposite side to pinned section (or to same if you wish)
  • smooth out the hair and start braiding a French braid but gradually move to opposite side of the head (that means that each time you add more hair from one side and less from the other side)
  • when there is no more to add, braid the rest in a regular braid
  • secure the end with a hair elasic
  • to make braid fuller carefully pull some hair from the sides

To see the difference - photo on top I just braided my braid and in the bottom photo I have pulled some hair from sides of the braid.

4. Twisted Ponytail
  • make a low ponytail
  • split the hair and create a small hole behind the hair tie
  • flip the ponytail over through the hole
  • pull the hair to push up and hide the hair tie

5. Two Low Buns
  • split the hair in half, for more interesting look make a section in a zig zag motion
  • make two low ponytails
  • braid each ponytail
  • secure braid with tiny hair elastic
  • wrap each braid in a bun (or skip braiding part and simply twist ponytail in a bun)
  • secure buns with bobby pins
