In this blog post I am sharing super simple salad recipe, which is perfect for summer. It is light, juicy and packed with vitamins and healthy fats.
Ingredients (1-2 portions)
Medium size orange - 1 piece
Salad mix - 100g
Walnuts - handful
Freshly squeezed orange juice - 2-3tb.sp.
Olive oil - 1-2tb.sp.
Spices (optional)
Peel and cut an orange. If desired, clean the orange slices from the membrane.
In the deep bowl put the salad leaves, nuts and orange slices.
Pour over orange juice and olive oil.
Mix.
