This time I am sharing slightly healthier option to regular potato pancakes, I have been taught from a childhood. No flour added, so no gluten and also no eggs, what makes them vegan.
Potatoes - 3pcs.
Onion - 1pc.
Greens - dill, parsley, green onion etc.
Salt, spices - to taste
Peel, wash potatoes. Peel onion.
Grate potatoes and onion on a fine grater or blend in a blender.
Add salt.
Chop greens and add to potato mass, mix well.
Spoon, potato batter on a preheated pan.
Fry in a pretty big amount of oil on a medium heat from both sides until golden brown.
To decrease oil amount place fried pancakes on a paper towel.
Serve with a sour cream.
