Ingredients:
Strawberry - 100g
Chia seeds - 2 tbsp.
Natural/Greek yoghurt or non-dairy substitute - 200-300g
Sweetener - to taste
Blend the strawberries in a blender or rub them through a sieve.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Put for 1-2 hours or overnight in the fridge, so that the seeds could absorb moisture.
