Rice With Minced Chicken And Vegetables | Recipe | Yummy Blog

Today I am sharing a recipe for healthy and super simple meal. It takes only about half an hour to make. So check out the recipe below!


Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
125g rice (I used brown rice)
200g vegetable mix, frozen
200g chicken mince
salt, pepper or other spices.


Cook the rice.


On the medium heat, in olive oil fry the mince and vegetables, sprinkle with spices.
When the mince is cooked, add the rice and mix.


Leave for about 5-10 minutes for flavors to mix.
